How to get there?

Didim, Turkey: The best option to come to Didim by plane is to use the airport of İzmir. We would recommend you to change money (at least 30 EUR/ 40 USD ) in airport to take bus to Didim.

From airport you should take public bus No: ESHOT 204 and go to the Otogar bus stop. It should be 11-ths stop after airport, but better ask driver. From Otogar which is bus station you can find company named DIDIM, which is easy to recognize

From this company you can buy ticket to Didim. It will cost around 30 TL (10 EUR) and travel time from Izmir to Didim – around 1 hour 30 min. The buses schedule you can find on website – it is in Turkish

Poggiardo, Italy: 

The nearest airport to arrive is Brindisi but you can arrive even in Bari.

IF YOU ARRIVE IN BRINDISI

From Brindisi you can take a bus to arrive in lecce ( 6 euro ) and then the train to arrive in Poggiardo (3 euro)

The best solution is to send you a private bus ( 120 euro per 9 person ) that will pick you up directly from the airport.

The same can be done with Albania if they arrive in Brindisi Port.

IF YOU ARRIVE IN BARI

Even if you arrive in Bari I think that the best is to send you a bus to pick you up from airport or port.

 

Dures, Albania:

If you arrive from the port of Durrës: • The best solution is to send you a private bus (1 Euro per person) that will pick you up directly from the port and send you to the hotel. If you arrive from the airport of Tirana: • The best solution is to send you a private bus (7 Euro per person) that will pick you up directly from the hotel and send you to the airport. Turkey: 9

Albania: 9

Italy: 9

For travel reimbursement (please see the table below for the maximum amount that can be reimbursed), please keep all important travel documents (invoices, tickets, boarding passes etc.) as you will need to hand these in to us. If you lose those documents unfortunately you will NOT be reimbursed. Travel costs will be paid back by bank transfer after the project is over, once you send us originals of return tickets.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please remember to keep all original tickets, boarding passes and invoices as without them we cannot reimburse the travel costs.
